How to allocate more video memory in a virtual machine?

I decided that I want Elementary OS on a virtual machine, but it lags a lot because of my video card in a virtual machine, can I fix it? VMWare machine, or how to arrange it in Virtual BOX?

Host and virtual machine config?
It's just that even with 512 RAM and 12Mb videoRAM VirtualBox c Elementary 0.2 works. (host Ubuntu 14.04; SSD; RAM 8Gb; Pentium 2020m).
