How to adjust GMT Offset in rsyslog?

There is a Mikrotik with GMT Offset +6
There is an rsyslog server with GMT Offset +3
Mikrotik's logs in rsyslog are written with the time of the rsyslog server.
Is it possible to make sure that all events on different hosts located in different time zones are written to the logs with the time of the controlled host, and not the server's rsyslog?

this has nothing to do with mikrotik, configure rsyslog.
In particular see "timestamp format"
