How to adjust external monitor resolution on Macbook Pro 13" Retina mid 2014?

I'm trying to set up an external monitor LG 27UD58 27 inches (4k) at a resolution of 3840x2160 at a frequency of 52Hz. I set up switchresx from the screenshot from here https://kandrejevs.com/blog/read/50/More-than-30Hz...
The resolution gets up as HiDPI 1920x1080, everything is cool, but it freezes :(
