VMware does not have a Mac OS option when creating a virtual machine. Version 12.5.9. Need an unlocker or something else?

I looked through a number of instructions, everywhere there is such an option.

Oh, come on, they don’t allow it, you can’t ...
Who asks them!
That's right, you think there really are "unlockers" - VMWare Unlocker and Mac OS Unlocker (there are other ways, but I don't remember anymore)

Apple does not allow its OS to run on someone else's hardware. If you want to legally use a Mac in a virtual machine, virtualize it on a Mac.

Thanks to all. I solved the issue with the help of a ready-made image and such and such a mother :)
