How to adjust CPU fan speed on Supermicro x8dal-i rev 2.0 motherboard?

On the supermicro x8dal-i rev 2.0 motherboard, you need to somehow adjust the speed of the fans.
Fans work in 2 modes. 10% speed and 100% speed. Actually, if the processors are below 40 degrees, then the fans turn 10% of the speed. When the temperature reaches 40 degrees and above, the fans turn on the maximum
speed fan speed does not work, bios is updated, attempts to change something there did not work.
