How to add your own field with a directory in 1C 8.3 to a document?

Good afternoon!
I understand that the question is stupid, but I first encountered the 8.x configurator.
There is UPP 1.3 and you need to add three fields to the document, two of which take the value from the "Users" system directory, and the third from my "Buyer Order Status".
Created a "BuyerOrderStatus" reference book, added values ​​to it.
In the "Buyer's Order" document, I added my directories ("Status", "Manager", "Contractor") to the details.
In the "Input fields" I specified my details as the source. The result is "Manager" and "Contractor", which refer to the system directory "Users" retain their values ​​when posting a document, and "Status" (directory "

Try renaming the attribute "Status" to "StatusOrder"

Something you have done with the input fields. Are they all data related?
