Those. according to the schedule once a day to make an exchange, but 1C is not used for 2 days, or they enter for a short period, then during these two days, due to the switched off 1C, there will be no exchange?

If the database is file - then only when 1C is launched. In the server version, it will work according to the schedule if reg. tasks.
