One-way sync 1C => PostgreSQL

It became necessary to synchronize part of the 1C database with a remote PostgreSQL database in real time. I didn’t google any more or less simple solution, maybe someone has already done this?

Too little information for a practically applicable answer.
Firstly, the platform of your 1C base and its configuration are unknown.
Secondly, there is no information at all about the second accounting database with data in PostgreSQL - does it know how to work with web services, with xml files, with Excel, or just with text files in the end? Or maybe you have another 1C configuration only on PostgreSQL?
No wonder you didn't google anything :)

If 1C 8.1 or higher use web-service (wsdl)

And initially base in what variant to be stored? In general, if the database is initially stored in PostgreSQL, then you can replicate the database using Pgpool I or Pgpool II for this.
