How to add your own button to the context menu panel in the Bitrix administration panel?

Greetings to all the inhabitants of the Toaster, an interesting question has recently matured, regarding the 1C-Bitrix Framework.
There is such an element in the administration panel as a context menu, I wondered whether it is possible to place your own button in this very panel for further work with data, for example, to convert not only to Excel format, but to some other format. If anyone is familiar with this issue, and there are those who roughly understand how this can be solved using the system's API, I will be very happy and grateful to share, it's never too late to learn) thank you very much.
