How to add terminal to xneur exception?

I'm new to Ubuntu, I used punto switche in Windows, but now I have to get used to xneur, and in the terminal it translates into Russian, which is not necessary. How to add a terminal to exceptions?

It's better not to use xneur, it's pretty buggy, it's not a Windows punto switcher. I decided to use capslock to switch the keyboard, it's faster than alt+shift.
