In order to leave comments, you need to log in
Thunar -> Edit -> Configure Custom Actions (as it is in the Russified version, I don't know, probably, "Edit" - "Add your action")
Add a new element there with the command "subl %f"
. Make sure that in the Appearance Conditions tab (appearance conditions?) there is a check mark on the "Directories" as well.
