How to automatically expand windows to full screen?

It costs Ubuntu 18.04, DE - GNOME 3. There are utilities that maximize windows from the command line, but how can this be done automatically?

the command depends on the window manager , install
compiz and you will be happy))) there you can do / configure it in a couple of clicks
