How to add ReportViewer component in Visual Studio 2015?

There is a Windows Forms application that was created in Visual Studio 2015, it works with a database on sql server 2012. I need to generate reports: payment receipts, invoices, etc. First of all, it was useful to look for the reportviewer in the elements panel - it is not there (and in VS2013 it is there). I got on the Internet, found some MICROSOFT REPORT VIEWER 2015 RUNTIME , according to the description, it seems to include controls for viewing reports, i.e. the control I need. Downloaded and installed, but no, nothing appeared anywhere.
What am I doing wrong? maybe I don’t understand what I found and it’s not at all what I need?
