How to add Procfile to VK bot in Java for deployment on Heroku?

I decided to deploy the bot to heroku, but I can’t register Procfile, the bot didn’t answer, and doesn’t answer. Here is what is written in the Procfile now

worker: java $JAVA_OPTS -cp target/classes:target/dependency/* com.example.Bot.Server.class

The project hierarchy might come in handy.
