How to add phone contacts to Google? from a PC, and then get them on the phone? Several hundred accounts need to be added to the phone, I don’t want to manually enter them. It is better to create some kind of file (table) on the PC and send it to the phone.

Check out the CSV. This is what you need. Many programs and websites can export to CSV.
