How to add more than 1 shortcut per 1 application to the start menu?

In the desired folder there are 2 shortcuts for one application, but with different parameters. And at the start, only one is visible.

Trick with ears - make a symbolic link (in the admin command line

mklink "Диск:/Путь/app-link.exe" "Диск:/Путь/app.exe"

) and a shortcut with parameters to it.
