How to add hotkey for "windows" key?

Hello
I switched from KDE to Windows due to working moments, do not tell me how to get around such a trouble: It is
necessary that the "start" opens with the Alt + F2 hotkey. Tried through autohotkey tool. But the start does not open.
With respect
PS: I ask without obvious philosophical questions (like "why" and "why", it's more convenient for me , I'm not going to retrain, you can train dogs, they have a predisposition to this). For the same reason, I think any other DE sucks.

@winX

found a solution, maybe it will be useful to someone:
Set autohotkey
Create a file with the contents:
