How to add exceptions to ConnectedStandby?

Is it possible to somehow add some Win32 to the exceptions or make the system think that it is uwp? Otherwise, I don’t really want to suffer with the fact that Groovy only plays the purest mp3 and doesn’t want to accept codecs, and normal players don’t want to work in the background with the screen turned off :(
