I have recently started not to load the Internet. It just loads and loads and at this time nothing can be done on the computer. According to the description, it looks more like a problem with the computer itself, and not with the Internet.

Try booting without an internet cable plugged in.
Remember what programs (antiviruses, vpn clients) have been installed lately.
Delete your internet connection, delete the network card in the Device Manager and install the drivers for the ethernet adapter again.
