What route will the packet take?

The router needs to forward the packet to address 10.1.1.1. The routing table contains routes to networks 10.0.0.0/8, 10.1.1.0/24 and 0.0.0.0/0 Which
route will the packet be sent on?
Or the package will not be sent. the router will not be able to select the correct route?

Usually, if everything else is the same, the route is chosen by the largest bit match.

Each route has metrics that determine the priority.

10.1.1.0/24 if the router address is not 10.1.1.1.

Priority:
1) The smallest metric.
2) If the metric is the same, a narrower mask (/24 will win over /8).
