I can not connect the network through a network cable, what could be the problem?

Good evening, I bought a new PC, installed all the drivers, the PC sees the network card, but when connected, it starts to appear "Network cable is not connected", then "Unidentified network" and all this alternates every 2-3 seconds.
The drivers are the latest, I set the speed manually, even reconnected the card, what could be the problem? Thanks in advance!
