How to add characteristics to a product through the standard Import in Prestashop CMS itself?

Good afternoon!
I created a file with products for the site, successfully uploaded everything to the site through the standard import that is in the Prestashop CMS itself.

But that’s not the task, now I can’t find and understand how it is also possible to import their characteristics before the goods, where and what to fill in correctly, so that the characteristics of the goods appear.

I would be very grateful for help in this matter.
