How to add another OS to rEFInd?

I uploaded the Windows installer files to a separate partition (fat32, gpt) and in gparted I checked the boot. But neither rEFInd nor Boot Manager can see it. And grub finally covered itself with a copper basin and when it is launched, the laptop is simply cut down. But that was before I threw Windows on the partition.

Therefore, how to add another wasp to rEFInd ? I googled and found nothing on this.
