File system in Ubuntu, what's the problem?

I installed the SSD and installed Ubuntu, then connected the HDD with files and wanted to share the Linux and Windows shared folder, everything is as usual, access is excellent on the SSD, on the HDD it says "Could not access the location. Failed to mount the Windows resource: refused in access"
The same error appears if you log in from the same PC [network> MyPC> Folder]
How to solve the problem?

What did you share?
What FS on the screw? If ntfs, then ntfs-3g will help you.
