In the transaction card, we added a field and called it "customer". You can set the value in this field by selecting a company from the available ones. But if we navigate through this company, then the deals of this company do not display the one where we created it.

How to make it so that after switching to a company from this custom field, those deals are shown in which this customer is?

There is no such possibility in Bitrix24. For the boxed version, you can modify it, but this is not an easy task.
You can go the same way - develop your own tab (both for the cloud and for the box) where you can display related deals.
