Why can Bitrix24 (box) fail the performance test?

Tried to reinstall several times (on different environments).
Performance panel => Configuration and Average response time are constantly set to "measurement ..."
Can you tell me which way to look at least?
p/s does init.php affect these tests? (it's not there)

What environments have you tried? Have you tried native Bitrix Env?

Can you tell me which way to look?

1) Bitrix Server Test - first run the script
2) System check - then fix the errors here
3) It is better to disable proactive protection during the test (you can get into self-blocking)

p/s does init.php affect these tests? (it's not there)

If it is not there, it cannot influence, but if it is, then depending on what is written in it
