How to transfer a site from 1C-Bitrix to Wordpress?

Good day, gentlemen.
Soon you will need to transfer the site from 1C-Bitrix to Wordpress.
Please tell me the materials that can help me in this matter (there is no experience in transferring a site from one cms to another).
The task is not on time, I'm not in a hurry, I will be glad for any help or advice.

The checklist looks like this:
0) Create a new WordPress site on a subdomain on the hosting or on your local server, download WordPress from the official site.
1) Take the layout (developer mode in the browser -> copy html)
2) Generate the underscores.me start template and embed your layout into it, read the documentation, blogs, watch YouTube, etc.
3) See what WordPress plugins are available for your tasks
4) Transfer content from the Bitrix site to WordPress
5) When the site is ready, make a backup copy and transfer it to the main domain on which the Bitrix site is previously deleted, it is also worth making a Bitrix backup

I saw Bitrix inside, I saw WordPress. These are completely 2 different approaches to writing code.
Everything is chaotic in Bitrix, html, js, php, css are all mixed up, the quality of the code is at the melenium level.
Everything is much better in WordPress, but it could be better: there is a lot of functional programming, although now the priority is given to OOP.
My advice, start learning WordPress from scratch, open the developer guide (preferably in English) and study. There is no and never will be a panacea for transferring from Bitrix to WordPress - Bitrix is too, in the literal sense, bad and complicated inside for someone to worry about writing instructions for transferring to WordPress. It will be faster to learn the VP and do everything from scratch.

You can transfer data - the content of infoblocks in a WordPress post can be done like this: https://youtu.be/QVjKFpdri30
Well, how to manage this data and how to build a public on their basis - it's up to you to think for yourself.

Here is an office that only specializes in transferring sites from Bitrix to WordPress https://spartan.by/bitrix-to-wordpress , they can also transfer from another CMS for sure. I don’t know whether sites are transferred manually or not, you need to check with them.
