How to add all your Firefox bookmarks to AdBlock exceptions?

Ad blocking

I want AdBlock to work only on the “wild web”, and not to cut ads from bookmarks on beaten pages of sites. Is there a way to bulk throw sites from bookmarks into exceptions? A line by line list of domains, I think I can get it, but what about bulk adding to the adblock?
