the problem is in AdBlock Plus itself, it has "seizures" from time to time.
I remember when I used it, this also sometimes slipped; in addition, often when the browser was first loaded, it did not work at all and all open pages loaded with a bunch of ads, I had to restart the browser.
For some time I switched to uBlock Origin, I do not regret it.
