How to add a UI to create polygons from points in Google (or any other) maps in the browser?

I want to add the ability to create / edit geofences to the site.
I see the creation process as adding N points to the map, the outermost of which are then connected by lines and filled with filling automatically.
The editing process is adding / removing / dragging these points.
Perhaps there are already ready-made solutions for these purposes?
