How to add a theme for WebStorm11?

I recently decided to switch to WebStorm, but ran into the problem of changing the design of the IDE.
Everywhere they say, they say C:\users\username\.WebStorm11\colors to throw themes there, and then apply it from WS itself. But the fact is that I do not have such a folder at all. I tried to create a colors folder and push the topics there, but it still doesn't help.
