What service can you recommend for accepting regular payments for the site?

I am writing a website for a customer from Ukraine. You need to be able to subscribe.
For single payments, we used WayForPay. They also have regular ones, but they work so-so.

The client can choose when the first payment and the last one will be made. Asked in support - there is no way to turn it off. They offered to enter details on the site page, but why should we be responsible for this data as well?

What service would you use? Which one have you heard about?
