At the end of last year, I inserted emoji into the name, deleted it in April and tried to insert it again, but it doesn’t work in any way, neither through the code, nor through ctrl + c. Disappears immediately after saving.
It is possible that VK removed this feature.

The groups in which you saw emoticons are those groups and publics that put these emoticons and have not changed since then. Then this bug was fixed. Having tried all possible methods, I came to the conclusion that it is no longer possible to put the vk smiley in the title. It's a pity, because having groups with the same name under my leadership, I would like to somehow distinguish them with these icons.
