Given: a site on a subdomain with 3-4 different language versions (categories)
store.site.com/ru store.site.com/ua
store.site.com/ru/category/
store.site
. com/ua/ category /
shop.site.com/ru/category/product
shop.site.com/ua/category/product versions (3-4 pieces)? -------------------------------------- 1) Add each language version separately as a separate site to the webmaster ? (linking regions)

2) Or add once: poddomen.site.com (base subdomain) and do not bind the region?

You can add individual language categories to Google as separate sites.
Yandex has only one subdomain.

In Google add separately. Then, in the Search Console, you can merge into a Set to create the integrity of the resource.
