How to add a separate page to Yandex.Metrica?

The point is this. For a long time, a friend had two counters in Yandex.Metrica for the same site.
The site itself: o2capsule.ru
Landing on the site: o2capsule.ru/lp
Some time ago, the counter was removed from the landing, now they want to return it, but nothing happens. The metric says that "you can only have one counter per domain". My friend claims that their domains are different, but I don’t really rummage about this and can’t understand what he means and how to screw the Metrica counter back on.
I would be very grateful for any help.

UPDATE: everything really turned out as I thought. The metric counts everything perfectly for the entire site and no additional counters are needed.
