How to add a new type to the Default Issue Type Scheme?

Good day. There are two schemes prntscr.com/bbbzzv . Everything works fine, except for transferring a task from one project to another. When you select a task type during the migration process. jira swears that this type of issue does not exist. I googled, it says that these types should be in the Default Issue Type Scheme, but I did not find a solution how to add them there.
