How to write off time in Jira for one task for different types of work?

In Jira, we have tasks that travel through the workflow and certain people work with them at certain stages:
Process of analysis, approval, development, testing, uploading to production, etc. The problem is that when the task is completed and you need to see at what stage for which person it took the most time, this cannot be done, because. you need a layout according to what the person did exactly inside the task. For example, in redmine, when writing off time, it is possible to select what time was spent on and display statistics under all "sub-items". For example, a person writes off the time and selects "Analysis" from the drop-down list.
But I did not find this in jira and was very surprised.

Because it's not entirely correct. One task per job type. And already the scope of tasks is combined with an epic / parent task / label.

If I understand correctly, the time in a certain status is important. This information is available in the Transitions tab on the ticket page:5efb99572786e459057623.jpeg
