How to add a new svg segment to Blender during animation?

I import the svg ball, it has 8 segments, in edit mode, go to the animation tab, select everything, press insert, go to frame 100 in the timeline, add a new segment, bend it in any way, press insert in the animation, selecting everything.
According to the logic ( my :( ) a new segment should appear from the 100th frame, but it is from the very first frame. How to make it so that during the animation process, you can add, delete new segments along the way from any frame? take a triangle and animate it into a completely different pattern, with new segments and old ones
?

In Blender, no way. And everywhere, I think, in any way.
Either from the very beginning a large number of segments (at the beginning they are folded into a triangle, then unfolded into a figure), or in the hundredth frame, replace one figure with another. Both methods are crutches, in my opinion.
