How to add a link to a marker on Google Maps?

There is such an example of clustered labels (markers) on a Google map. Can you please tell me how to attach a link to the markers (red)? Well, at the same time remove the letters of the alphabet from the markers.

        var labels = 'ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ';

        // Add some markers to the map.
        // Note: The code uses the JavaScript Array.prototype.map() method to
        // create an array of markers based on a given "locations" array.
        // The map() method here has nothing to do with the Google Maps API.
        var markers = locations.map(function(location, i) {
