tried several plug-ins for inserting an iframe - it did not help , I
need advice

You need to insert the code into the visual editor, but in text mode (Text tab and not Visual, top right). Just checked - everything works. If it doesn't work for you, then some plugins or code are filtering the content (and can cut out the iframe, for example, for security reasons).
Also, check your plugins in the browser, maybe some kind of AdBlock or similar is interfering.
