There is a task to upload torrent files on the site and distribute them from a home PC, so here's how to make it possible to add a torrent client file from php and receive a torrent file.? create a regular command line utility mktorrent (comes with almost any linux, for example debian / ubuntu)
and after that add it to any torrent client using web api
