How to add a controller driver when installing Windows 8.1?
Initial data:
Mother N68-S
Distribution kit Windows 8.1 x86
What I do:
For a change, I decided to install Windows on one of the computers so that my wife would play Sims, and just gain experience and master Windows.
How I do
it 1) I unpack GImageX'om install.wim to the hard drive. It hangs tightly when trying to open the archive. OK.
2) I write an image on a blank, I put from it. Writes - no media found, I want a driver. I download the driver from the manufacturer, write it to a USB flash drive - the controller driver sees it, writes that there is already one. OK.
3) I press the review - I see all my hard drives, I open CMD - I go into them perfectly. The installer does not see them, the system does. Brain break.
XP, Vista and 7 are fine. I want 8.1, because there is a license for it and for the last office.
My attitude towards Windows was -500, now it's -9000. But it needs to be installed.
Tell me, can anyone come across such behavior of the installer.

Installed windows 8, connected the 8.1 image and installed on top. Works. Probably some kind of jamb in the installer.
