How to add a confirmation button that a task is completed in Sharepoint?

The other day we installed a SharePoint 2019 server to distribute tasks between employees. Configured Task Management everyone likes everything except one. The boss wants that after the task is completed, when the employee changes In Progress to Completed, the superior in position confirms or rejects that the task was completed correctly.
Since I see Sharepint for the first time, the task proved difficult for me.
