The symbol is displayed everywhere:

• in the address bar
  
• in the file name on youtube,
  
• in folders on your computer
  
• in the mail at the time of distribution.

I found and use this site.
It is more convenient to take from sites where emoji are "written" in font, possibly Unicode.
