I have a phone with a Burp Suite proxy configured on it (via LAN, Burp itself is installed on a PC). There is also a certificate from Burp.
After adding the certificate in the settings, sites in Chrome began to load with https, but applications that also use https still do not load. There are no problems with http.
When adding a certificate, I tried the parameters "WiFi" and "VPN and applications", the result is the same.

It looks like the phone does not trust the certificate. What kind of device, android or iOS? On iOS, in addition to installing a certificate, you need to go to the profile settings and additionally confirm trust in the certificate.
