How to adapt a web application for a 4k smart tv TV?

Hello everyone, there is an application on react js, I need to run it on smart tv 4k telly, the problem is that when you start the application on smart tv, all elements are too big like zoom x4, while if you run the application on the web and connect the TV via hdmi then everything is displayed normally (adapts).
what could be the problem? how to fix?
