How to activate the item in the BIOS?
In general, there is such a ha .. but with the following parameters:
How to install Windows Xp on this device, there are no other tabs in the BIOS except SATA and such as RAID or IDE does not exist, and as far as I know, only IDE is needed for Xp switch mode !
How can the situation be corrected?
When installing, I used winsetupfromusb , rufus , winsetup .. I did everything according to the manuals on Youtube and also on offsite ... everything ends up with a Blue Screen and an error 0x0000007e or even worse I forgot what kind of file it was but it disappeared but another appeared and so on endlessly ...

You need to find the SATA drivers for the hard disk controller, write them unpacked to a USB flash drive. At the beginning of the OS installation, at the bottom there will be a line "To download drivers, press F?" (can't remember which key). Then go to the USB flash drive, the drivers will be loaded, and the installation will go on. Or look for an OS distribution kit with integrated drivers for the controller.
The computer is fairly recent, there is a possibility that the IDE mode of the SATA controller may not be implemented at all. But it is not exactly. Drivers for the SATA controller for a floppy disk, which you can slip when installing XP, do not seem to be available for such a fresh machine.
You can try to enable the options with different versions of the AMIBCP program, but first you need to remove the dump.
You can try to load XP through a virtual machine.
