What is the problem with the hard drive?

The hard drive is old (320gb). It is divided into 4 sections: 2 - good sectors, the other two with "broken" sectors. Used mainly for multimedia files, no very important files. The main thing is only the list of files.
The 2.5 hard drive installed in the external box was incorrectly removed from the laptop (did not wait for the "safely remove" function to complete) and connected to the video set-top box (video viewing).
When reconnecting to the PC, it stopped connecting and being detected correctly. Namely, some of the partitions were reflected simply as a local disk, others were sometimes displayed, sometimes not. When opening an accessible partition, I did not see the files at all or saw only directories (folders).
On windows 10, after connecting, when opening an accessible partition, it often gave the error "Crc data error". After a while, the OS turned it off and the hard partitions ceased to be displayed.
On a windows 7 PC connected using a Sata cable, when opening a partition, an error popped up "No access to (partition). The request was not completed due to an I / O error on the device."
When opening a disk using R-Studio, it gave the error ST2000LM003 HN-M201RAD2BE10001 twice: GPT table error 0x105. (Even though it seems to me that the drive contains an MBR)
And the testdick program crashed after selecting this hard drive.
Through disk management, it says that the disk has not been initialized.
When reconnecting to the video set-top box, the video plays well.
PS Throw out and buy a new one, I always have time.

I use WinHex, which reads the physical disk sector by sector and can build file chains to copy it to a working HDD.

If SMART reads, try counting and look at it.
