How to activate an old webcam for which there are only very old drivers?

There is an old Olivetti TC-111A camera.
USB connection.
The latest drivers for it are only for Win XP.
As a result, we have "Unknown device" in the Manager and a non-working camera.
Trying to register the old driver (the same one under XP) in compatibility mode does not help - the device is unknown.
Are there any ideas for dancing with a tambourine?
