How to achieve 100 PageSpeed with web fonts?

To be honest, I'm confused. I use Google Fonts. I'm trying the Google PageSpeed test and there are no errors at all, but a score of 81 would make you think? Due to the use of web fonts by Google itself.
How to achieve 100 with web fonts?

you can download them from other resources, for example, from webfont.ru. upload to the site and write something similar with your links in your style sheet.

It would be optimal to score on the assessment and leave GF as it is.
Downloading and putting it on your hosting - in reality it will be worse.
But the owner is a gentleman.
